Chef Fitz was born and raised on the Caribbean island of St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. He took a leap of faith and moved to Charlotte, NC in 2014 to attend Johnson & Wales University, where he got his degree in Culinary Arts. While attending college, he joined the U.S. Marine Corps and served for 6 years.

While in Charlotte, Chef Fitz immersed himself in his passion for food and worked through the ranks in different restaurants, food establishments, and ran his own catering business. Chef Fitz even cooked for the Carolina Panthers. He was easily known as the Chef to have cater your events.

He later moved to Dallas, TX in 2022 to further his career as a Chef. With all his hard work through the years, Fitz quickly established himself to be an influential Chef.

Chef Fitzo’s love for food began with the desire to cater people. He loved having friends over just for an excuse to cook a big meal and provide a fun experience. Now Chef Fitzo is sharing his culinary artistry through catering in the Dallas Fort Worth area!
